What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form, such as your name, email, phone number, event date, location, guest numbers and any photos or notes you add.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and plan your event. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone outside Marquee Hire City, except the services we use to run the form and this website.
Services we use
- Our enquiry form is provided by Cognito Forms, which stores your submission securely and sends it to us.
- This website is hosted by Vercel. We count visits and enquiries with a simple request to our own site that records where a visit came from (for example Google or a direct visit). We don't use cookies or tracking tools for this, and it doesn't identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Send your request through the enquiry form or via Marquee Hire City's contact page.
